Admissions Coordinator/Director

Admissions staff provide facility tours, serve as a liaison between hospitals, physicians, payers, and other healthcare providers who provide referrals to the facility, helps residents to acclimate to their new surroundings, and responds to family questions.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or three years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree; one to three years nursing facility, community relations, customer service and/or customer relations, sales and/or social service experience required. Previous health care admissions/marketing/sales experience preferred.

Business Office Manager

The Business Office Manager is responsible for all financial transactions and reconciliations as well as business office record keeping with the facility, processing payroll, and supervising any subordinates.

Education & Experience:
This position typically requires either an Associate’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience functioning as the payroll, clerk and accounts payable (A/P) clerk.
